La facult\u00e9 est engag\u00e9e dans une d\u00e9marche de promotion de la vision du travail social et de ses valeurs : le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9galitaire reposant sur la justice sociale, le respect des besoins \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires de la personne, la r\u00e9duction des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales et \u00e9conomiques, l&rsquo;autonomisation des individus, des communaut\u00e9s et des \u00e9tablissements pour la r\u00e9alisation de leurs capacit\u00e9s et de leurs aspirations. Les cours sont enseign\u00e9s \u00e0 la facult\u00e9 par des professeurs, des chercheurs, des assistants sociaux et des psychologues parmi les meilleurs dans leur domaine professionnel, th\u00e9rapeutique et de la recherche.
