Track: Quality and Safety of Treatment

Program Objectives

The primary goal of the program is to prepare nursing professionals for leadership roles across clinical, administrative, educational, and research sectors. The curriculum is designed to provide advanced knowledge and practical tools, empowering graduates to lead quality and patient safety initiatives, promote professional excellence, and meet the rigorous requirements of senior management positions within the healthcare system.

Curriculum

The program features an integrated approach, combining theoretical coursework, advanced simulations, and hands-on workshops. This provides students with a unique and comprehensive training foundation in Nursing Science, and in the safety and quality of treatment.

In addition to courses that foster theoretical and research-based thinking in nursing science, the program focuses on modern models and theories in management and qualitative improvement of healthcare. Throughout their studies, students will acquire specialized skills in:

  • Quality measurement and metrics.
  • Designing strategic plans for quality and safety improvement.
  • Implementing those changes within complex healthcare organizations.

Given that these processes are cross-organizational by nature, the program emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance the quality of both patient care and service delivery.
