Congratulations to Professer Zohar Mor

The Ashkelon Academic College congratulates Zohar Mor on receiving the professorship. Prof. Zohar Mor, Head of the Department of Public Health, has also held several positions in the Ministry of Health as a public health specialist –as the Ramla district physician and director of the Department of Tuberculosis and AIDS. He is currently in charge of research and training in the Tel Aviv District.

He studied medicine at Ben-Gurion University and other master’s degrees in medical administration and public health at Tel Aviv University. His publications focus on promoting the health of various populations: immigrants, men who have sex with men, women and men in prostitution. The studies examine the relationship between behavior and culture and morbidity in infectious diseases, especially TB, AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases. Congratulations!
