Ashkelon Academic College was ranked first among all budgeted colleges in the Teaching Quality Measure in the National Student Association Survey for 2019

The National Student Association released the results of the survey conducted in July 2019. The results of the survey indicate that Ashkelon Academic College was ranked first (!) of all colleges budgeted for the Teaching Quality Measure.

Ashkelon Academic College President Prof. Shlomo Grossman and College CEO Dr. Pinchas Haliva commented: “We are very pleased with the results of the student survey, which places the college in first place in the budgeted colleges, and no less important, in the satisfaction of the students with the level of teaching and quality of the lecturers.

Dr. Haliwa: “The service and satisfaction are at the top of our priorities, but at the same time we emphasis the importance of a proper academic level. I’m glad to see that the students appreciate and respect this and the results speak for themselves. We invest a great deal of resources in bringing excellent academic staff and providing them with the best and newest tools to prepare our students for the ever-changing world. All of this is accompanied by personal attitude and acceptance of students of all ages and from all walks of life.

Yaffe Tabje, chair of the Ashkelon Academic College Student Union, added: “The results, of course, did not surprise me. Ashkelon Academic College has received the recognition that fits it. I always knew we were number 1. Now it’s official too. I am so proud to head the Student Union, with good quality students, and first-rate lecturers, as we have on campus.
